The game includes over 50 different cars and three car types (Exotic, Import, and Muscle) with the ability to save up to 52 cars and play two careers with over 100 races. Player cards are no longer needed, and special cars like fire trucks and dump trucks can be earned. Personalization options include rims, tires, body kits, graphics, and instant color changes.

Need For Speed Carbon Arcade Game offers three gameplay modes: Amusement Mode with seven tracks and three difficulty settings, head-to-head racing with up to four players, and extreme Drift Racing with a realistic experience. Players can also link up with four others for multiplayer races.
